Work/Life Balance
We supported our staff to maintain a healthy work and family life balance and encourage

Some members of staff, such as the document production team, have been given the
opportunity to work offsite, and young mums and dads are sometimes offered the flexibility
of working from home.
Supporting our local community
Although the staff members work hard, they can also have fun through activities
