Courtney Roxburgh
Senior Law Clerk
Courtney commenced employment with Snedden Hall & Gallop in 2009. After graduating
from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Laws, Courtney completed the
Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted as a solicitor in 2011.
Courtney works primarily in the Superannuation Litigation team, conducting litigation
against the Commonwealth in relation to lost superannuation entitlements. These
claims involve government employees who were wrongfully advised that they were ineligible
to join the Commonwealth Superannuation Scheme. Courtney is also a member of the
Dispute Resolution team, where she assists colleagues with debt recovery matters.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys keeping fit and socialising. She is a keen traveller
and has planned an extensive trip to Europe over the winter months.
