Jason Moffett
Solicitor
Jason joined Snedden Hall & Gallop in 2010. He is a sharp lawyer with a practice
specialising in personal injury, employment and criminal law matters.
Jason was admitted to practice in 2008, after graduating from Southern Cross University
with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business with Honours.
Jason was previously employed at a firm which acts for major insurance companies.
His experience working for the other side in compensation matters is of immense
benefit to his clients. Jason has extensive litigation experience in the local,
district and Supreme Courts of both NSW and the ACT. His highly developed legal
skills have allowed him to successfully resolve complex claims in all areas of compensation
law.
Jason is an enthusiastic and empathetic lawyer who is passionate about standing
up for his clients’ rights. A proud country boy, he was raised on the north coast
of New South Wales and enjoys fishing and swimming in his spare time.
