Registration Clerk Role

We have a vacancy for a Registration Clerk.

 

The successful applicant must have excellent communication and telephone skills, strong customer service and administration skills and the ability to multi-task.

 

The role includes duties such as the lodgment of documents at various Government agencies, the filing of documents at the Courts, assisting with the management of our archive area, and attending to hand-deliveries, the ordering of kitchen and toner supplies and to provide Reception relief as required.

 

It is essential that you have a driver's licence (preferably for a manual vehicle).

 

Training in other areas of the firm may be provided if you are willing.

 

The hours of work at 8:30am to 4:30pm.
