Community Engagement

Snedden Hall & Gallop enjoys its relationship with a number of not-for-profit organisations in Canberra and the ACT. We recognise the importance of these groups to the fabric of community and are therefore eager to assist when the opportunity arises and circumstances permit.

A number of our lawyers are on the board of community organisations or are otherwise actively involved with the activities of those organisations. Some of the organisations we currently work with include the Conservation Council of the ACT & Region, the YMCA Runners Club, Pedal Power ACT, Rotary and many others.

We also work for a number of not-for-profit organisations by providing legal assistance with matters of corporate governance, contract law, leasing and employment. Where appropriate, and if resources permit, we try to work with these organisations on a cost-effective basis as we understand the financial burdens they endure.
