Be The Best You Can Be Athletics Carnival
The Be the Best You Can Be Athletics Carnival is held annually at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) athletics track. Backed jointly by ACT Sport and Snedden Hall & Gallop, and supported by schools within the ACT and region, this is a sporting day for children with a disability that has proven to be a highlight in the school calendar for many aspiring young athletes.
Each year, Supabarn Supermarkets, a valued client of Snedden Hall & Gallop, generously donates the food and drinks for the day.
About 70 children attended the first athletics day and, over the last 8 years, the number has grown dramatically, with 450 children participating in 2009.
