Eligibility

In order to use Easypay you must have an outstanding account with Snedden Hall & Gallop. You must have a tax invoice number on that account.

Deposits into Trust

Easypay cannot be used to make deposits into the trust account of Snedden Hall & Gallop Pty Limited.

Access

The service is generally available 24 hours a day -7 days a week, however service may be unavailable from time to time for routine hardware or software maintenance and due to unscheduled down times or internet problems.

Access requirements

You need a computer and an internet connection in order to use Easypay. You are responsible for the implementation, maintenance and operation of all your personal hardware, software and internet facilities. You must have an operating email address in order to use Easypay. Snedden Hall & Gallop does not keep any records of credit card numbers or personal details that are entered through the Easypay system.

Invoices

You will receive an email confirmation of payment.

Transaction settlement

When you make a payment using Easypay, that payment will be electronically debited to your credit card within 24 hours of the payment being made. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient credit is available for the payment to be made. A charge may be incurred for any payment which is not honoured.

Fees

There are no monthly or other fees payable by you in relation to the use of Easypay.
