Tanya is an experienced personal injury solicitor and an element of her practice includes workers’ compensation and common law claims, motor vehicle accident claims, and public liability and Comcare matters. Her earlier experience in the insurance industry enables Tanya to see a claim from both the plaintiff and the defendant’s perspective, and it also enables her to provide efficient claim preparation and effective settlement negotiation services.

 

Another area of Tanya’s practice involves estate planning,  preparation of wills and enduring powers of attorney, and providing probate and deceased estate administration services.

 

She also manages the firm’s  registration and renewal of business names in the ACT and the provision of registered office facilities for companies.

 

Tanya is a member of the ACT Law Society and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
