Profile of Emily Shoemark
Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canberra in 2007.
She joined Snedden Hall & Gallop as a senior law clerk in September 2008 and was admitted as a lawyer in June 2009.
Emily works in the litigation team, primarily conducting litigation against the Commonwealth in relation to lost superannuation entitlements. These claims involve government employees who were advised that they were ineligible to join the Commonwealth superannuation scheme.
Emily is a member of the ACT Law Society and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
