Nicholas is a Senior Associate and registered Migration Agent in the Business Services division of Snedden Hall & Gallop, where he currently practises in areas including corporate and contract law. He has a developing practice in migration and intellectual property law.

Nicholas was the recipient of the Snedden Hall & Gallop Legal Studies Scholarship in 2000 and has worked with the firm since July 2002.  Conversant in Japanese, he has a keen interest in International Law and is a board member of the Conservation Council ACT as well as the ACT Chapter of the Migration Institute of Australia.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws (with honours) and Bachelor of Asian Studies from the Australian National University (ANU) and is a consulting lecturer to the ANU in its Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice. He has worked with the ANU in this capacity since 2006.

He is currently completing his Master of Laws at the ANU and, in July 2008 was promoted to Senior Associate at Snedden Hall & Gallop.

In 2009, Nicholas was awarded the ACT Law Society’s Young Lawyer of the Year.

Nicholas is a registered volunteer for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, devoting some of his spare time to furthering their cause and helping to brighten the lives of sick children. He also likes to enjoy a good wine and is a keen traveller with a taste for thrills and adventure.
